"Touch me" is a work by Alba D’Urbano. I programmed the interface with Macromind Director. The version that can be seen at the ZKM in Karlsruhe uses a Touchscreen and a Fast Screenmachine II to combine a live camera picture with the Director animation. The installation has been running since 1996 without a breakdown. The version shown at the KIMAF in Kiev, Ukraine in fall 2001 combines live pictures and animation using software with a Director plugin. |
